ONLINE LONGEVITY STRENGTH CLASSES
Kinstretch / End-Range of Motion Strengthening. Move Better. Feel Stronger.
This is not your typical stretch or yoga class. This is movement training designed to build a stronger, more capable body for whatever you love to do—whether that’s surfing, dancing, lifting weights, climbing, running, or simply moving through everyday life with ease.
Using the principles of Kinstretch and functional movement, we explore how the body is designed to move. You will learn to restore healthy joint function, expand your active ranges of motion, improve body awareness, and build the strength required to control your mobility.
Unlike traditional flexibility classes, there are no memorised flows or one-size-fits-all movement patterns. Instead, you will develop a deeper understanding of your own body—what optimal mobility looks like, where your limitations lie, and how to safely build greater movement capacity.
A Kinstretch class is essentially strength training at your end ranges of motion. Because these positions are where we are naturally weakest, your own bodyweight is often enough to provide an intense and highly effective challenge. This means every participant can work at their own level, with the same exercises adapted to match individual abilities and goals.
Michelle’s classes also draw from her extensive personal movement journey through dance, gymnastics, Pilates, yoga, surfing and rock climbing, combined with her professional expertise as an Exercise Physiologist and Strength & Conditioning coach. Expect a unique blend of mobility training, bodyweight strength, optional free weights and props, and evidence-based exercises inspired by sports rehabilitation, athletic performance and postural optimisation.

You won’t just become more flexible—you’ll develop usable mobility, greater body control, improved strength, and potentially leave behind many of the aches and stiffness you once accepted as normal.

Time: 30-40 minutes, 2 times per week.
Availablity / Expiration: Published for 7 days and can be viewed in your own time, as many times as you like.

Suggested practice: 1-2 times of each posted class per week.
