“If you are looking for a membership site that covers all your fitness needs, this is it. Michelle is an experienced lifter, trainer, surfer and mobility coach, and therefore has a plethora of experience across multiple categories based off of what you need. Her ability to create a program giving people what they need, instead of what they want, is done incredibly well here. She teaches posture, mobility, and bodyweight work first- as it should be, and then gives people the freedom to explore further down each of those modalities – or you can take a left turn and get into some free weight activities. There aren’t many sites that I would write a good review for that try and mesh things together like this, but Michelle’s is one of them. If you’re not lucky enough to train with her in person, this is your next best bet.”

“Michelle has been on a clear and focused mission for us all by laying down well documented examples of her insights and knowledge with an aim to urge us to take action for ourselves into moving more efficiently and therefore bring more opportunity for the exact reason we connected with surfing from the outset –
the pure joy it brings to our whole being. Putting your trust in Michelle’s clear techniques will help surfers young and old to become stronger, faster and more efficient. The answer lies within, take action now.”

I have been seeing Michelle for the past two months, working on shoulder stability, strength, and overall conditioning — and the progress has been remarkable. Michelle brings both expertise and warmth to every session. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with her and would recommend her without hesitation.

I love your programme and it's worth every dollar. I feel like it's had such a positive effect on my body. There has been a few times now where I have landed awkwardly on a Wipeout or hyper extended a shoulder whilst being hit by a rogue wave and I feel like it would have been a bad injury for me in the past, but I feel so strong structurally in my joints that I walked away without a niggle. You clearly are very passionate about what you do and it filters through into your content, I think what you do is awesome and I love doing your classes

Michelle is an exceptional trainer. At first meeting, her warmth and attentiveness instantly put me at ease. Her thorough assessment of my physical capabilities preceded the preparation of a training program that met my training goals exactly. The diversity of exercises she provided, coupled with the comprehensive and nuanced knowledge of human movement shared during our sessions, assured me that she could competently guide me to meet my training goals. Overall, she’s a fantastic person: deeply caring, highly qualified, and completely relatable. I would not hesitate to recommend her as a trainer.

After sustaining a traumatic brain injury and poly trauma EP has been an integral part of my recovery. Michelle has been great. I see her twice a week under NDIS. She is very thorough, listens, is goal directed and really knows her stuff. The sessions are very targeted and informative. Michelle is a good energy person to be around too. I highly recommend her as an Exercise Physiologist.

I have always sought to enhance my flexibility through end-range strengthening. Kinstretch will provide both. This is how I found Michelle Drielsma. Her weekly online classes are great and easy to follow. She ensures you understand the mechanics of every movement before you embark on it. There are always options to make the exercises more or less difficult depending on your fitness and skill level. I can highly recommend Michelle - she is always happy to help if you need extra help outside the class structure.

I’ve been using Michelle’s online program and I’m beyond impressed. Her assessment was incredibly thorough and personalized, covering everything from health and diet to a workout plan tailored to my specific body type, misalignments, and goals. Her extensive online archive is a fantastic resource, especially when I’m at the gym and need to refer back to form and plans. Michelle’s workouts are unique—some I’ve never seen before—and her vast knowledge of the body really shows. Plus, she’s just a lovely person to work with. Highly recommend!
